After starting her first business over 15 years ago, Denise Favors realized her calling was in helping small businesses like herself navigate the complex, competitive world of commercial real estate.

Archelle is a resident of the Twin Cities and a member of the Minneapolis Association of REALTORS® & National Association of REALTORS® since 2017. She recently graduated with her B.A. in Business Administration, majoring in Finance.

Keyvonne is from the Twin Cities and has her Bachelor’s degree in Housing Studies from the University of Minnesota with a concentration in Management & Finance.
She has worked as a Housing specialist & Housing Quality Standards Inspector for a mental health case management company and the County Government for over 10 years. She’s been a realtor and property investor since 2017.
In her spare time she loves to cook, read, travel, and run her own house flipping/rehabbing business.
